It's that time of year again! As we’re about to say goodbye to 2022 and all the ups and downs that came with it, we're looking forward to a fresh start in 2023!
For those of you with your eye on real estate, 2022 has been quite a roller coaster ride in many countries globally with increasing interest rates & significant fluctuations in housing markets, however through it all, the real estate market in the Red Sea has remained strong.
As we head into the new year, we're incredibly optimistic about what the real estate market has in store for us in the Red Sea areas, particularly in El Gouna, Somabay and Makadi Heights. We're expecting to see more ambitious real estate investors enter these markets, as well as continued growth in the luxury property market as a whole - particularly within these regions, most notably because investment returns here have been nothing short of exceptional.
