As we're well into the new year now, I want to take a moment to reflect on my company's achievements in 2022. It was a year filled with challenges and opportunities, and I'm incredibly proud of everything we accomplished together.
Looking back on 2022, we accomplished a great deal as a team. We launched new investment products and further tailored our services, expanded our customer base, strengthened our partnerships with key investors and signed new investors as well. We also exceeded our revenue targets, which is a testament to our expertise and perseverance.
Never losing sight of our shared vision...
But it wasn't just about the numbers! We also fostered a culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusivity that made our workplace a great place to be. We supported each other through tough times, celebrated each other's successes, and never lost sight of our shared vision...
During 2022 we received two prestigious awards from "Reality Conference" in Dubai for Outstanding Leadership & Best Company, hired our new internal operations manager, Tanja, engaged the support of a new marketing group, took our website 'LIVE', successfully sold our 1st "Signature Property" in Swan Lake immediately after its open house event, sold a massive penthouse suite that we'd been negotiating for over a year, completed our next "Signature Property" in Almaza Bay (which sold in early 2023) and even expanded our client investment options and supporting services.
It's truly been an astonishingly successful year!
First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to each and every one of my team members. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to this company's mission were instrumental in our success last year. Despite the unprecedented circumstances we faced, you continued to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results for our clients and investors, while also building remarkably collaborative relationships with key organisations.
However, Ali is truly the "Star of 2022" and I'm so honoured to present him with an award from all of us at Jossour, which is for being absolutely on the ball throughout the year, for attentively coordinating sales during periods where the team was otherwise engaged studying potential opportunities, for negotiating exceptionally favourable deals for our investors, and for growing Jossour's infrastructure through signing new investors too.

Even greater achievements are on the horizon.
As we embark into this new year, I'm excited to build on our past successes and continue to grow as a company. I have no doubt that we have the talent, drive & creativity to achieve even greater things in 2023 and beyond.
